Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Player reviews of Hickory Hills Golf Course paint a varied picture, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. Some golfers expressed disappointment with the customer experience, particularly the reservation policy that requires prepayment for tee times and can be perceived as unfriendly. Others, however, lauded the course's layout and the generally smooth pace of play.

One reviewer, while acknowledging the course's classic New England charm, voiced concerns about the customer service, describing the management's approach as "shaming" for those who don't comply with the prepayment policy. On the positive side, another player praised the course's tree-lined fairways and small greens, appreciating its good value for money despite recent aeration affecting the conditions.

A different golfer shared their fondness for Hickory Hills, having played there numerous times. They particularly enjoyed the contrast between the longer front nine and the tighter back nine. While they found the green fees slightly higher compared to other courses in the area, they still considered it a great option for walking.

Opinions on staff friendliness varied among reviewers, ranging from poor to excellent. However, the pace of play consistently received positive remarks.

My course is fully booked, why do I need Golfer Collective?

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?
