Huge Benefits For Your Course

how Golfer Collective helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Golfer Collective is a collective marketing platform for golf courses to serve up offers, usually focused on expiring tee times, to a ready audience that's focused on value.

Not only is it free to join, but you'll be on your way unlocking your yields and phasing out the harmful discount practices that have plagued the industry for decades.

Ironwood Golf & Country Club: A Picturesque Golfing Experience in Greenville, North Carolina

Ironwood Golf & Country Club, nestled in the heart of Greenville, North Carolina, is a semi-private 18-hole course that promises an unforgettable golfing experience. Designed by the legendary Lee Trevino and established in 1996, this course offers a diverse range of challenges for golfers of all skill levels.

With a par of 72 and stretching over an impressive 7,120 yards from the purple tees, Ironwood provides ample opportunities for long drives and strategic shots. Multiple tee options, ranging from blue (6,657 yards) to red (5,250 yards), cater to players seeking shorter distances. Well-maintained fairways lined with lush trees and strategically placed bunkers guarding the greens demand precision on every shot. Amenities such as a driving range and practice areas allow golfers to refine their skills before hitting the links.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Ironwood Golf & Country Club has garnered a mix of reviews from players. While some golfers have lauded the course conditions and layout, others have expressed concerns about value and staff friendliness.

One player, acknowledging the course's superiority to most in Greenville, pointed out that other courses offer similar experiences at lower prices. Despite rating the conditions and layout as good, they found the staff friendliness to be average.

Another golfer's primary complaint was the lack of grass in the fairways, leading to a poor value rating. However, they did appreciate the course's layout.

On a positive note, one reviewer enthusiastically described Ironwood as a "great course in eastern NC," consistently maintained in excellent condition. They also commended the friendly and helpful staff members and the well-maintained facilities.

Golfer Collectives acknowledges the mixed reviews regarding Ironwood Golf & Country Club's value. While some players find the course worth the price, others feel that there are more cost-effective options in Greenville. The course conditions and layout generally receive positive feedback, but there seems to be room for improvement in terms of pricing and customer service consistency.

Overall, Ironwood Golf & Country Club offers a challenging and scenic golfing experience. However, golfers should be aware of the varying opinions on value and staff friendliness before making a decision.

My course is fully booked, why do I need Golfer Collective?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?

Great question and you absolutely can!

It's easy enough to build out an audience of value golfers. From what we've heard from our partner courses, the more difficult and time consuming part is utilizing them without damaging your brand.

Instead of adding another set of processes to your to do list, you can leverage Golfer Collective and our process to increase your yields for free.
