Huge Benefits For Your Course

how Golfer Collective helps remove harmful discounts practices

Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

Create specific offers for specific goals for specific audiences

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

The Abington Club, Jenkintown Pennsylvania: A Historic Golfing Gem

Nestled in the heart of Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, The Abington Club stands as a testament to the rich history of American golf. Designed by renowned architect A. W. Tillinghast in 1910 and expanded upon in 1913, this private nine-hole course exudes an aura of classic charm seamlessly blended with modern conveniences. Measuring 2,271 yards from the back tees with a manageable slope rating of 108 and course rating of 31.1, The Abington Club offers a challenging yet enjoyable experience for golfers of all skill levels. Multiple tee options, including blue (2,271 yards), white (2,076 yards), and red (1,800 yards), cater to players seeking a variety of distances. Beyond the course, golfers can unwind at the bar and grill, perfect their swing at the pitching and chipping areas, or hone their putting skills on the dedicated greens. Steeped in history and surrounded by picturesque landscapes, The Abington Club promises an unforgettable golfing experience.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

The Abington Club has garnered a diverse range of reviews from golfers, reflecting the subjective nature of golf course evaluations. Some players have lauded the course as an ideal venue for practicing their golf skills, praising the friendly and accommodating staff. The value for money, particularly when playing from the Blue tees, has also been highlighted as a positive aspect. However, not all reviews have been glowing. A few golfers have expressed dissatisfaction with the course conditions, particularly the state of the tee boxes and fairways. Navigation issues on certain holes have also been mentioned as a source of frustration. Despite these criticisms, the consensus seems to be that The Abington Club offers a welcoming environment with friendly staff members. Whether seeking a place to refine short irons or challenge oneself on demanding greens, golfers will find options worth exploring at The Abington Club.

Golfer Collectives, a respected source for golf course evaluations, provides a balanced perspective on the value offered by The Abington Club. While acknowledging the positive feedback regarding the practice facilities and friendly staff, Golfer Collectives also recognizes the concerns raised about course conditions. The club's location near Center City Philadelphia and its affordability are seen as additional factors contributing to its appeal. Golfer Collectives emphasizes the importance of considering individual preferences and expectations when assessing the value of a golf course. For those seeking a well-maintained course with challenging greens, The Abington Club may not be the ideal choice. However, for golfers prioritizing affordability, accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere, The Abington Club offers a compelling value proposition.

Our revenue comes from selling memberships to golfers to access the special offers.

My course is fully booked, why do I need Golfer Collective?

We simply want you to have the systems in place to reduce $0 tee times, even if they are rare for you.

Our platform allows you to create offers that increase demand during times that you need it, even if it's as small of a window as after 2pm on Mondays.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours

Can my course do this on our own?

Great question and you absolutely can!

It's easy enough to build out an audience of value golfers. From what we've heard from our partner courses, the more difficult and time consuming part is utilizing them without damaging your brand.

Instead of adding another set of processes to your to do list, you can leverage Golfer Collective and our process to increase your yields for free.
