Understanding that price sensitive golfers are value loyal, not brand loyal

This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Join our network of partner courses for marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Golfers who have graced the fairways of The Jayhawk Club have shared a range of experiences. One reviewer, who played the course in June 2016, commended the challenging layout and the pristine greens. However, they suggested that the addition of longer par 5s could further enhance the course's appeal. The conditions of the course were described as excellent, providing a pleasurable golfing experience.

In contrast, another golfer who visited the course in September 2012 had nothing but praise for The Jayhawk Club. They lauded it as an exceptional public course, particularly considering its cost-effectiveness. The reviewer also appreciated the quick pace of play, allowing for an enjoyable round without unnecessary delays. This golfer rated all aspects of the course highly, including the conditions, value, friendliness of the staff, and overall pace.

Unfortunately, there is also a negative review from July 2012 that paints a less favorable picture. The reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with being overcharged and labeled the course as overrated. This isolated incident highlights the need for consistent quality control to ensure that all golfers have a positive experience at The Jayhawk Club.

Golfer Collectives, a reputable golf course rating system, provides valuable insights into the perceived value of The Jayhawk Club. According to their analysis, the course offers a mixed golfing experience. While some golfers appreciate the challenging nature of the course and its well-maintained greens, others have suggested improvements such as longer par 5s to enhance the overall layout.

Golfer Collectives also highlight the positive aspects of The Jayhawk Club, such as its affordability and quick pace of play. These factors have been praised by golfers who seek an enjoyable and efficient golfing experience. However, the negative review regarding overcharging raises concerns about the club's reputation and the need for improved customer service.

In conclusion, The Jayhawk Club presents a range of experiences for golfers, with both positive and negative reviews. While the course offers challenging features and generally good playing conditions, there is room for improvement in terms of staff friendliness and addressing concerns about overcharging. By taking these factors into consideration, The Jayhawk Club can strive to provide a consistently exceptional golfing experience for all visitors.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours
