This is the most important part of the process. By understanding that value golfers are a segment with a different mentality, you can start to leverage this powerful demographic for better yields by creating offers specific to them.

This is the hardest step to accept. It goes against your very nature. If you're going to pay for marketing, you want to reach the most people possible, right?

Not anymore.

We want you to reach the right audience with the right offer for the right goal.

Player Reviews: A Mixed Bag of Experiences

Twin Lakes Golf Course has garnered a mix of reviews from golfers, reflecting the diverse experiences individuals have had at the course. One player, dcarver55, gave the course a commendable 4-star rating, praising the friendly and accommodating staff. They particularly appreciated the opportunity to play golf in December, despite the challenging weather conditions in Ohio.

However, not all reviews have been as positive. Another golfer, jimmy80us, had a less favorable experience, citing issues with the staff's knowledge and referring to the course as a "cow pasture." Despite these criticisms, they did acknowledge the decent condition of the greens, even after rainfall.

Golfer Collective, a reputable golf course review platform, provides a balanced assessment of Twin Lakes Golf Course's value proposition. While acknowledging the mixed reviews from players, Golfer Collective highlights the course's overall affordability and the presence of valuable amenities such as enclosed carts and portable heaters. These features enhance the golfing experience, particularly during inclement weather conditions.

Golfer Collective also notes the generally positive feedback regarding the course conditions, with many reviewers praising the well-maintained fairways and greens. However, it acknowledges that individual experiences may vary, and encourages golfers to form their own opinions by visiting the course themselves.

In conclusion, Twin Lakes Golf Course offers a diverse golfing experience with its challenging layout, scenic views, and range of amenities. While player reviews may vary, the course provides good value for money and is worth considering for golfers seeking an enjoyable round in Mansfield, Ohio.

What is considered an expiring tee-time?

From what we've seen, it's the time frame when chances of bookings drop drastically and the expected value of a tee time rapidly approaches $0. For most courses, it's the last 24 hours before a tee time.

24 hours if our default but you're welcome to extend your offer out to meet the needs of your course. For example, a more rural course may want to use 72 hours while a resort near a city may want to use 24 hours
